Scandinavian in style and entirely naturally leavened, this deliciously dark and slightly chewy loaf is made with 100 per cent, British-grown and stone-ground rye. Slowly fermented, we add a touch of honey to the dough before baking to add a note of sweetness and to give it a lovely rounded, yet intense flavour.
