If we’ve got something wrong
Tell us what and where, ideally with a link to the page you’re looking at. We will correct it and say that we have.
This matters more here than on most sites. We publish claims about where things are made and who makes them, and we would rather be told we are wrong than go on being wrong quietly. Companies restructure, production moves, and pages change without telling anyone. If you work for a business we list and our description of you is out of date, you are the best possible source and we would genuinely like to hear from you.
If you make things in Britain
We want to hear from you, particularly if you are small, and especially if you are the sort of firm that has never bothered much with marketing.
Useful things to include, if you have them to hand: what you make, where you make it, your Companies House number, and a link to somewhere we can see the products. None of that is a form to fill in. An email saying “we forge knives in Sheffield, here’s our website” is a perfectly good start.
Being listed costs nothing. There is no fee, no membership, and no arrangement where paying gets you ranked higher.
Wanted: how your things are made
If you make what you sell, we would like to show it. Send a link to photographs or film of your workshop, your process, your hands at work, and we will put it on your page here, credited to you, with a link back to wherever it lives.
We are not after marketing shots. A phone video of a lathe or a stitching bench tells a visitor more than a styled product photo ever will.
Anything you send stays yours. We host nothing ourselves without asking: we link to your own film and your own pictures, and we will take it down the day you want it down.

What to expect
This is a small operation and not yet a finished website, so replies may take a few days. Anything that looks like a factual correction gets looked at first.
