Soft incense, a little tobacco, warm amber — it is the one people reach for when they want oud to sit close rather than announce itself. Ours is grown, not taken from wild forest. The trees are planted and tended, wounded deliberately, then left for years while the resin forms. No wound, no agarwood — it is the tree's own defence, and nothing else produces it.
