“Pangrattato” (Italian for breadcrumbs) is a very important ingredient in the southern Italian kitchen. While traditionally used as “poor man’s Parmesan” as a substitute for the more expensive cheese, these days it’s a clever way to add a little saltiness and texture to your dish. Our 15g portion is perfectly suited to be used for two dishes without any waste. Use within your dish or sprinkle on top for added texture and taste.
