Each bag is 23.6 x 16.25 x 4.3 No greasing or basting necessary Microwave safe and in the oven up to 220 degrees C. Parchment can be composed in municipal or commercial compost facilities where available. Cardboard box should be recycled. Made from FSC certified forests Unbleached totally chlorine free (TCF) No petroleum products.

The company describes its own premises: "It was set up in 2003 by Axel and Sophie Steenberg (pictured) in North Yorkshire.
