Organic Pu-erh are an acquired taste. They are black teas that have had an accelerated post-fermentation ageing process. This gives Pu-erh teas a deep umami taste with strong flavours of damp cellars. Steenbergs organic Pu-erh teas have a rich gamey taste with hints of damp cellars.
