The classic stainless steel tea tongs have a spring for easy opening and closing. The tongs work as an infuser for a cup or mug just add what ever loose tea or herbal infusion you would like leave to infuse. Afterwards empty the tea leaves straight into the compost heap or compost bin. Similar to a tea ball but with a sprung handle rather than a chain.
