Steenbergs organic Sweet Sensation is an organic sweet spice mix that we developed to complement ham and pork. It s a blend with a sugar-salt core to which we ve added sweet spices like allspice and cinnamon, with some vegetal flavours from onion and thyme. Simply rub a bit of Steenbergs organic Sweet Sensation into ham or gammon before roasting it either dry or add a little honey and whisky as an amazing Scottish-style barbecue. S
