Sophie s Earl Grey Tea is a tweak on Steenbergs Earl Grey, using a Keemun black tea as its base, then adding the citrus flavours of bergamot oil and orange and lemon peel. It s a light winey brew with bergamot flavours. Sophie s Earl Grey Tea is a more traditional version of Earl Grey tea. It uses a Chinese black tea for its base, then we add some bergamot essential oil, orange and lemon peel, to which we mix in some blue cornflower petals for fun. The black tea flavours are rich and winey, with the wonderful citrus aromas and taste of bergamot, sweet orange and lemons. A perfect afternoon tea
