Made for Seggiano in Sicily, this is the most deliciously smooth and creamy of chocolate nut spreads. Its secret is grinding the unusually high percentage of nutritious local hazelnuts to a fine smooth spread with the cocoa, without using emulsifiers. All of Seggiano cacao spreads are both vegan and organic and contain a significantly higher proportion of hazelnuts, compared to market competitors which use oil as their primary ingredients.
