Steenbergs Organic Rogan Josh Curry Mix is a classic dish from Northern India, especially Kashmir, and is best used with strongly flavoured meats, such as mutton. Steenbergs Organic Rogan Josh is hot, with fragrant notes from organic cardamom, organic mace, organic cloves and organic fennel, with its anise flavours.
