Organic Raspberry Leaf makes a robust, grassy and slightly bitter herbal tea. Organic Raspberry Leaf tea is a traditional herbal tisane, which is naturally caffeine free; it comes from Rubus idaeus . Steenbergs Raspberry leaf tea is robust, tangy and earthy in flavour with quite high levels of tannin, almost like a green tea. You can offset these tannins with a splash of milk or soy milk, but I prefer it on its own. Tea brewing: into a warmed teapot, put 2 heaped teaspoons of Steenbergs Raspberry Leaf tea, or more for a more robust flavour. Bring freshly drawn water to the boil, then pour over
