Organic Pink Pepper Mild peppery flavour, great in a butter sauce for asparagus or broad beans, feathered game, pork, poultry, veal, dark chocolate. Steenbergs Organic Pink Pepper is a berry either from Brazil or Madgascar, or nearby islands. Organic Pepper Pepper has a sweet, warm, fresh and camphorous flavour and a sweet and pine-like aroma. It has a deep pinky-red colour. Organic Pink Pepper is not a true pepper but has a faintly peppery flavour and a sweet, fresh, piney sharpness that is pleasing but not sensational. Use pink pepper like juniper so with rich and gamey foods like venison. T
