Para s Special Wynad Black Pepper Rich pepper flavour, great with most dishes but enjoy with tomato sauces, ratatouille, vegetables, trout or salmon. Para’s Special Wynad Pepper is a Single Estate Black Pepper. It is grown on the small, family-owned Parameswaran estate in Wayanad, southern India. Para’s Black Pepper has a slightly red colour. Most peppercorns are harvested January to March when still unripe and green, then dried in the sun to make the standard black peppercorns.
