Suma organic demerara sugar is made from cane sugar. This unrefined demerara sugar is the perfect sugar for coffee, great with crumble toppings, on porridge in biscuits and cakes. It also makes a perfect caramel on crème brulee. Also good to sweeten fruits and cereal with this golden, crunchy sugar with rich aroma. Allergy advice: may contain cereals containing gluten, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soybeans and sulphur dioxide/sulphites.
