Biona s organic avocado oil is a versatile everyday oil, suitable for all high heat cooking (including stir frys), salads and sauces with a delicate fruity flavour. It is a cold pressed and unrefined organic edible oil. This oil has all the natural goodness of avocado. High in Vitamin E, monounsaturated fats, beta sitoseterol and lutein. Highest plant source of Co Q10. Contains NO trans fats, additives, preservatives or artificial ingredients. Means the business is a British legal entity, not a British-sounding name owned elsewhere. It says nothing about where anything is made.
UK operations
The company describes its own premises: "It was set up in 2003 by Axel and Sophie Steenberg (pictured) in North Yorkshire.
