Organic Onion Granules Use with almost anything, but try rubbing with salt pepper onto aubergines or fish steaks. Steenbergs sources the highest quality organic Onion we can find. Onion granules have a characteristic oniony taste but are slightly sweeter and less acidic than fresh onions. Revitalise organic onion flakes by adding warm water to them and then use like onions. Onion is Pungent: bittersweet and sulphurous.

UK operations
The company describes its own premises: "It was set up in 2003 by Axel and Sophie Steenberg (pictured) in North Yorkshire. We keep this separate from the company badge because a registered office can be an accountant's spare room, and a company can be registered in Britain while everything it does happens somewhere else. Where we have not looked, we say so rather than assuming.
