Organic Hot Cross Bun Spices is a mix of spices for flavouring homemade hot cross buns or add a bit of sugar and sprinkle over hot toast or toasted hot cross buns with butter. Hot Cross Buns are a British classic at Easter, though it does seem to be sneaking into stores all year round please don t do this supermarkets! I like a plain Hot Cross Bun without strange flavours added into them like chocolate or caramel, but the best is to make it yourself.
