Ghormeh Sabzi Herbs this is our version of the herbs and spices needed to make this classic of Iranian cookery. Ghormeh Sabzi or qormeh sabzi is on of Iran s most culturally significant dishes. Steenbergs Ghormeh Sabzi is our mix of herbs based on the traditional herb blend of chives, coriander leaves, fenugreek leaves and parsley. To these, Steenbergs has added some spices, predominantly turmeric together with some paprika and black pepper.
