Colombo Curry Powder one of the West Indian curry powders. Originating with Sinhalese migrants, it s a mainstay of cooking in the French Caribbean islands of Guadeloupe, Martinique, St. Martin, St. Barthelemy. Steenbergs version of Colombo Curry powder is salt free and sugar free. This is an aromatic curry blend with little spice heat as it has no chilli. Blended in North Yorkshire at the Steenbergs spice factory. Also known as poudre de colombo this is a Caribbean curry spice mix.
