Organic Chun Mee is a classic Chinese green tea that has a refreshing, lightly bitter taste. Chun Mee is a Chinese green tea with twisted leaves, so it s sometimes called Old Man s Eyebrows . The green leaves are regular, dark green that infuse clear green-yellow with a refreshing, grassy taste. For Chun Mee, the tea is plucked in early spring and then it is pan-fried to halt the oxidation process. After this, the leaves are carefully rolled and dried to give the leaves their thin eyebrow shape. When brewed, the tea is a light green-yellow and has a clean, grassy taste with hints of ripe fruit
