Steenbergs organic Chermoula is a classic Moroccan seasonings that s great for salad dressings or as a dry rub for fish, chicken, cauliflower or tofu before lightly cooking. Chermoula combines robust earthy flavours such as cumin powder, paprika and turmeric with the freshness of onion and herbs like parsley and coriander. Steenbergs Organic Chermoula is its take on the classic Moroccan spice blend that melds the earthy tastes of cumin and turmeric with the sweetness of paprika. It s a bit like an Indian curry mix but without its heat and with the herby freshness of parsley and coriander leaf.
