Steenbergs Organic Chaat Masala is an essential Indian sprinkle which is great to spice up fried potatoes or pulses like chickpeas or to flavour homemade samosas. Steenbergs Organic Chaat Masala is an all-purpose curry-flavoured salt that you use to add an Indian flavoured saltiness to foods prepared at home. It s a mix of salt and mildly curry-style mix of spices that is used in small quantities. Use with meat and vegetables, so try adding some to chips either whilst cooking them in the oven or after frying them.
