Organic Bay is distinctive, with a sweet and camphorous flavour that s great in soups, casseroles, stews, fish, meat, poultry and marinades. Organic Bay Leaves are whole green leaves with an aromatic flavour. They are excellent in slow-cooked meat and vegetable dishes, soups, vegetables and pasta sauces. Steenbergs sources premium, hand-sorted organic Bay Leaves that are hand sorted and packed in North Yorkshire to optimise their flavour. The company describes its own premises: "It was set up in 2003 by Axel and Sophie Steenberg (pictured) in North Yorkshire.
