Baihao Oolong is a dark leaf that infuses bronze and brews a smooth, delicately bitter taste with a flavour that s floral, fruity and vanilla. Baihao is a semi-oxidized tea with a high rate of oxidation of 50% 70%. Steenbergs Baihao Oolong comes from Xinhui in Northern Taiwan. Xinhui is humid and wet compared to the rest of Taiwan. Baihao is harvested in summer around August. It is really a treat for when you’re in a quiet, contemplative mood.
