The Seggiano Organic Aged Balsamic thick, sweet and aromatic, because of its longer aging period in wooden barrels than many balsamic vinegar, where the vinegar naturally reduces. It has the dark colour, sweetness, texture and harmony of flavours, that distinguish it as a vinegar of authentic quality and provenance.
