A blend of gin, our own vodka, Cocchi Americano and Lillet Blanc. Bottled and aged for at least six weeks. Allergen: quinine Vegan: Yes Ian Fleming wrote the Vesper for Bond in Casino Royale in 1953, and had him specify it at length to a barman who had not asked. It is the only cocktail in the canon invented in a novel and then adopted by the world. Fleming's version called for Kina Lillet, which no longer exists. Lillet Blanc is its closest living relative, and we cut it with Cocchi Americano to put back some of the quinine bite the original had and the modern bottling lost. Our own vodka sit
