A blend of Old Tom gin, dry vermouth, fino sherry and absinthe. Bottled and aged for at least six weeks. The Tuxedo came out of the Tuxedo Club in upstate New York in the 1890s, at the same moment the Martini was working out what it was. The two share the same bones and went in different directions. We build ours on Old Tom, the warmer, slightly sweeter gin that came before London Dry, layered with dry vermouth and the driest fino we can find. A measured whisper of absinthe to finish.
