A blend of gin, pisco, dry vermouth and sweet vermouth. Bottled and aged for at least six weeks. Audrey Saunders put the vermouth back into the Martini. Her Fitty Fitty at Pegu Club in New York was half gin and half vermouth at a time when the fashionable Martini was ice cold gin and a rumour, and it was much closer to what a Martini originally was. Ivy Mix took that at Leyenda in Brooklyn and split it again: the vermouth into sweet and dry, and the gin into gin and pisco, the grape brandy from Peru and Chile.
