A blend of blanco tequila, sweet vermouth and Campari. Bottled and aged for at least six weeks. Allergen: sulphur dioxide and sulphites Vegan: No A Negroni rebuilt around agave. We replaced the gin with blanco tequila and worked back from there: the Campari stays, and the vermouth blend is adjusted to carry the weight of the agave. What comes out is drier and more savoury than a standard Negroni. The agave brings an earthiness that gin cannot reach. The Campari bitterness is still there and the sweet vermouth still rounds it off, but the tequila takes the whole thing somewhere else. It is name
