A Myatt's Fields original, first made in 2019. A blend of aged Cuban rum, two vermouths and grapefruit bitters. Bottled and aged for at least six weeks. We love a Manhattan: the sweet from the vermouth, the bitter from the bitters, the warmth of the whiskey. We also love aged Cuban rum, the vanilla and caramel and fruit and spice of it, and the sense of connecting to the music and the history of the place.
