I landed in Vancouver in the middle of winter, flying over mile upon mile of snowy, white peaks, like a massive Christmas cake. Vancouver sits at the foot of the Canadian Rockies and leans into the Pacific Ocean and the world beyond. My illustration of Vancouver includes me and my aunt and cousin, walking rather tentatively along the wobbly Capilano Suspension Bridge. I love all of the iconic landmarks of Vancouver and particularly the massive totem pole at Stanley Park.
