I spent most of my adult life in Sheffield , temporarily moving here in 1990 and staying until 2016. It's where my blood, sweat and tears have been dispatched and the industrial grit of the north of England is now part of who I am. Sheffield was not an easy place to live when I moved there, with widespread poverty but a rich industrial heritage. Its creative and tech industries have pulled Sheffield into the 21st Century by its boot laces. I have included both in my Cityscape of Sheffield , framed at the bottom by the seven hills, of which I have climbed all, many times over. This art print is
