I spent a few days in Seville in 2010 and absolutely loved it, determined to return again. That rendez-vous hasn't happened but my Cityscape of Seville sustains my passion for Spain in the meantime. I love the Moorish architecture of the Real Alcazar, with its mesmerising islamic tiles and inner court yards of calm and tranquility. I remember climbing up the Cathedral, which has no steps but is one continuous spiral upwards, designed for travel by horseback!
