Dusseldorf is a fashion and arts city and lies in western Germany. The Rhine runs right through it, dividing the old town from the modern, commercial district. I love how the Rheinturm reaches up to the sky from the river, piercing through the city. A little putty angel on a carnival wagon is lifted up and seems to be admiring the view. The Karneval itself bring lots of people to Dusseldorf and not surprisingly its wonderful Altbier and delicious Rheinischer Sauerbraten are the reason why. Both feature within my design of Dusseldorf and I think that local hero Heinrich Heine in the top left is
