Dunoon sits on the Coal Peninsula in the Highlands of Scotland, facing in to the Firth of Cloud and south of the Holy Loch. The annual Cowal Gathering attracts people from all around the world. My little Scottish piper and dancers entertain the crowd and keep up the age old Scottish tradition of music and dance. Scottish baronial architecture, of which I am particularly fond, is ever present in Dunoon and the ghost of the fabulous Art Deco McColl's Hotel haunts the design. Dunoon Pier, Cloch Lighthouse and the P.S Waverley paddleboat are things I loved to draw in my design of Dunoon as well as
