I have lived in Devon for many years, having moved from the cold, bitter north! I wanted to feel the sand between my toes and swim in the sea throughout the summer and did it! I didn't appreciate Devon's rural beauty until I came to live here. The remote and wild beauty of Dartmoor and Exmoor remind me of my old home in Yorkshire. Every weekend I explored a different part of this wonderful place including the South West Coastal Path, which I am determined to walk from beginning to end one day, passing through some of England's finest scenery.
