The Black Country was at the heart of Britain's industrial revolution and remains a thriving, proud industrial region today. Coal mining, glass and steel making may have been replaced with new technology industries but their impact is still visible on the landscape and celebrated in the amazing Black Country Living Museum and Red House Glass Museum, both of which feature in my portrait of this iconic region.
