A number of years ago I hired an RV with my boyfriend of the time and made my way through the Canadian Rockies. It was stunning. Nothing can prepare you for the mint green colour of the water in the lakes or the mile upon mile of forested, snow capped mountains, through which Canada's beautiful wildlife roam. I saw a wolf and mountain goats butting heads and Banff was a wonderful pitstop, right in the heart of it all.
