These delicious baby capers are pickled in vinegar. They add a tanginess to a wide variety of dishes and can be used whole or chopped. Serving suggestion - ideal with cured meats, fish, pasta dishes and salads. Try thinly slicing, along with our gherkins, and sprinkling over a few slices of our smoked British beef fillet, finishing with a drizzle of our olive oil and a few Parmesan shavings.
