This marmalade is super limited edition! We sourced some kumquats from our good friend Hugo at Hugo's Greengrocer last month and set about making them into marmalade. Kumquats are small citrus fruits that are sweet tart. Their peel is much thinner than most citrus fruits, meaning that you can eat the whole fruit. When we started prepping them we discovered kumquats contain a lot of pips! It took the team all day to remove the pips and prep enough kumquats to make just 154 jars of Kumquat Marmalade.
