Every batch of Rani's Mixture begins with Rani's recipe and is made by hand in small batches in our Wembley kitchen. She developed this recipe long before anyone called it a business: crisp gram-flour noodles, spiced boondi, baked cashews and peanuts, hand-cut cassava chips and curry leaves, all fried in pure sunflower oil. Friends and family kept asking for "Rani's mixture" — and the name stuck. The 300g is our most popular size.
