This coffee has been a long-term project for us, and we’re thrilled to have it available on our counter. Cooperativa Incahuasi is located in the Cusco region of Southeastern Peru. We visited the cooperative last year and met with Claudio Ortiz who manages the sales and exports side of the business. Claudio has worked for the cooperative for twenty-one years and has the kind of knowledge of the region’s coffee that only time can develop.
