Finca El Trapiche is one of Agricafe s farms in the Samaipata region managed through the Fincas Los Rodríguez project. Agricafe is the processor and exporter we work with in Bolivia. The farm was planted in 2016 with a diverse range of cultivars including Geisha, Geisha Hawaii, Batian, Ethiosar, SL28, SL34 and Java, as well as the more traditional (for the area) Caturra and Bourbon. We selected the Caturra and Bourbon varietals this year, the ripe coffee cherries were dried on raised beds using the honey process.
