A mild, lightly smoked Chorizo, perfect for snacking or cooking. We have smoked this beautiful British Chorizo for 16 hours to give you a hint of smoke coupled with paprika, oregano coriander. A real crowd pleaser. Awarded a Gold star in the Great Taste awards Ingredients: Free range pork 80.82%, salt, paprika, dextrose, black pepper, oregano, coriander seeds, preservative (sodium nitrite).
