Awarded a Gold star in the Great Taste awards. Our lomo has been gently infused in black pepper, sweet paprika and garlic for 1 week. It’s then air dried for at least 10 weeks. A labour of love that pays off with every bite. Pack size 40 grams Ingredients: Free range pork 95.87%, salt, dextrose, black pepper, sweet smoked paprika, garlic, preservative (sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate). Gluten, Wheat and Lactose free.
