We entered this little beauty into 'The World Charcuterie Awards' and WON! We were awarded 'THE UK'S BEST SALAMI' Beautiful balance of Black Kalamata Greek olives, coupled with a hint of oregano and garlic, perfect when served with a glass of your favourite tipple.
