We cranked up the spice in our chorizo by using Pimenton from del la Vera to create a chorizo that packs a punch of beautiful warming Hot Smoked Paprika with every mouthful. This is a whole salami so you can nibble as little or as much as you like. Whole Chorizo Ingredients: Free range pork 89.41%, salt, hot smoked paprika, garlic, black pepper, dextrose, oregano, cayenne pepper, preservative (sodium nitrite).
