Marsh Pig Bresaola has wafer thin slices of rare breed beef marinated with rosemary, thyme, and juniper berry. The beef (28 day aged, rare breed beef) is then air dried for 12 weeks. The result? A rich, complex flavour with a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Serve with rocket, dressed with oil and fresh lemon juice and most importantly Parmesan shavings, fabulous!
