Our best-selling tipsy Seville marmalade is available with either coarse cut or fine cut shreds. This is the coarse cut version, for those who like a nice chunky marmalade. This has a wee dram of whiskey added (10mls per jar), purely as a flavour enhancer! Don’t worry though; you will be quite safe to drive after eating this on your toast. Marmalade is traditionally made from the juice and peel of citrus fruit and we make our marmalades in small batches using traditional family recipes and methods. We are also working on some jelly marmalades (shredless) for release later in 2016 for those who
